We have a flat fee per month. We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you.
Absolutely not! You’ll be billed at the beginning of each month for that month’s services, and you can cancel anytime.
We specialize in QuickBooks and are QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor’s. We work remotely and utilize cloud based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers.
All your business transactions will be analyzed and recorded throughout the month, using QuickBooks Online to compile monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
We will need your bank and credit card statements every month. You can send them via email or upload them to a google drive or other cloud software.
Your financial reports will be delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business.
That’s not a problem! We can help clean up any transactions or inaccurate records from the past and bring you up to date. We will discuss the details for your specific situation.
We work closely with a CPA to provide all your tax preparation, consulting, & strategy for your business!
